At first impression, I love the numbers.
Only thing I would change is that I would make the names on the back the same style as the numbers and team name. Otherwise, I really like the look. I really liked the video, loved seeing the stiching of the hat. I like process videos like that. would also like to see the return of the caps with the white in the front.
