Maybe NotLD can use his blogger connections and get us a meeting with Jason Bergmann ;)

Obviously the next guy you should get is former Nationals great Josh Bard.

I just want to see what type of question SF would ask him... and if he'd call him 'buddy' like he did to Balester.

Minty's elbow would be nice.

That'd be great if Minty did the typing with his elbow. After several drinks.

I don't know if bending his elbow would be helpful.

Good solid short interview NOLD. Like the notes of optimism in the interview. Looking forward to seeing Matt Capps this season as a Nat.                 :icon_mrgreen:

That made me chuckle when I read his post.

It was the entire call. It was my first time doing such a thing with the team and it might have been for the others because there were times there were moments of silence in between questions and the moderator had to ask, "Does anyone have any questions?" We had to figure out how this was going to work because we didn't want to talk over another person asking a question. So there was some hesitancy and some pausing because I'm sure we were all writing as much down as possible while Capps talked.

Not a solid process yet, but we'll get there.

The strange thing was there was 10 people on the line and really only four or five blogs (mine included) asked questions.

Very cool. I wonder if they'd let you record the call? Pretty sure Google Voice does it, and they always let the Phil Wood approved guys tape record.

Y'all should find a way to get me on the horn. In Texas, you don't need to ask permission to record a conversation in which you participate. Other states have the same law, so do look it up.

Yep that's what I was advocating. I think Linda Tripp violated wiretap laws.

I thought US law was based upon who originated the call.

Well your blog seems to be taking on a life all it's own.  It appears to have registered as a new member on WNFF.  I can't wait to see what sort of editorial slant it may put forth.
