I'm past caring-I'm sure Rizzo has given him a price he thinks is fair, but that price is probably lower than what LaRoche thinks he's worth (and with Morse and Moore and a draft pick factoring in, it should be lower than his value to a team without other options)- if he takes it fine, if not ok. It's not like him not signing is precluding us from going after other first basemen- Rizzo is in a position where if LaRoche says no there is no need to back fill, so why scramble for a deal?
