Snelling is 4/8 4 singles, 2 runs, 3 walks with Oakland so far..  >:(

Maybe there is something about our uniforms that prevent production at the plate and on the mound....  Honestly, sometimes it seems like that's the way it is for the Redskins  >:(.

I actually think there's an aura of misfortune surrounding this team.  I was thinking about that since I started the Suppan-Meche thread.  I was thinking that if we'd signed one of them the likelihood is that they'd have ERAs somewhere in the 7 or 8 range, instead of sub 3.00.  Just being on this team would do it.

Actually, I was thinking of the Curse of Les Boullet, pre-Gilbert.

Did anyone ask Manny why Langerhans is batting #2?

I bet Guzman goes 6+ innings, <3 runs, 6+ K's.

I'm sick of Langerhans already.. The guy is just not a Major League hitter.  I hope Hill gets the same calls as Guzman.

He's well on his way with the K's.

Hey what happened to the commitment to remaining positive?

You know what, I'm just looking for Hill to have another positive outing. Anything above that is gravy.

I didn't say anything bad about our guys, just the ump...  he called some ridiculously low strikes during the top of the 1st.

I love how our team only has warning-track power. Freakin Wrigley field.
