Just like in most sports conferences, the talk always ends up being about football. 
But I will respect your rules.
that's why the ACC became a craphole. For some reason they ruined a perfectly great college hoops product to "improve" the football product.
the 9-team ACC league was fine as is. the basketball became watered down and the football isn't anywhere as good as they thought it would be.
don't get me wrong ... cuse/pitt/notre dame will help with hoops, but it wouldn't surprise me if more ACC teams followed MD and left.
