Aside from the infield push bunt single by Milledge we are AGAIN getting owned.

Somebody.  ANYBODY.  Give me the scenario in which this team will score some runs tonight?

I just can't see it happening. They're in a good non-scoring groove that they have no intention of getting out of tonight.  Going around the bases would be too much running, I think.  :|

This pitcher we're facing is so bad that baseball-reference.com doesn't even have stats for him.

Anyone know the pitch count for Lannan? Lannan is off tonight.

The Brewers pitcher, McClung, is a relief pitcher.  Some of them have done well this year, but they usually won't go more than 5 innings.  Hang in there, we could start hitting him if he wears down.  Meantime, Lannan is not helping by hitting a batter with one out and a man on 3rd...

Lo Duca is a decent announcer...

Johnny Holliday is turning into Carpenter! He just said LoDuca had a beat on the flyball. Lannan freaked up with that balk.

Edit: I know now. I said Lannan was pitching well. He did look good in the first couple of innings  :'(

They are really zoned in on Lannan's pitches.  He's had way too many long at-bats, pitching wise.

What sucks is that Lannan has only yielded 5 hits and 3 runs but this offense is so invisible that we feel like we're too far behind to mount a comeback. It must suck to be a pitcher on this team.

LoDuca is not bad all things considered. Holliday said they could be back tomorrow night but I would imagine they might have someone available to fill in tomorrow night.

Man I wish. If I could do that you can bet I would see to it that we would take turns winning the lotto, at least some of us.
