actually he is. Nieves isn't good by any means but he better than Bard who is totally worthless.
Nieves(who?) has some cool walkup music and a commercial.
I guess that makes him more valuable than Bard.

Nieves is NOT significantly better than Bard. which is bad, because Bard isn't really that good PLUS Bard has been playing hurt for like the past 2 months.
