Same crap as last night. Last night we scored 6 runs in the first three innings and then six innings without scoring.

Today the first 4 runners got on base and since then 6 straight innings without recording a single hit.

Billingsley is at 104 pitches and they are leaving him in ? That should fire the Nats' hitters up but it won't :?

Ankiel-Flores-Desmond for the Nats. Not exactly Murderers' Row.

It's time for me to check out on the Nationals this season.  The trial is over.  It's safe to make a ruling now.

This team is bad.  They're done with .500.  Won't see it again.  They'll be back in last place for the rest of the season after the Marlins series coming up.

They're not even the mythological good last place team.  They're a typical bad last place team.

Now we can wait to see what damage Rizzo does at the trade line and it will be damage.  Giving Mike Rizzo the responsibility of running a major league team is like giving a 5-year-old a book of matches.  The trade deadline stuff is the only thing left undecided.

The steals of second don't bother me as much as the dropped ball at the plate

Bye. We'd rather fans like you not come back.

But you will. When they're good, you'll come back raving about how you've been a fan from the get go.
