Random Fantasy/Rotisserie Baseball Question
« Topic Start: January 22, 2013, 01:17:47 PM »
I run an auction league and in the past, I have built a tool in MS Access to manage the draft for me. Tracks the players, the bidding, the other teams, etc. Pretty much everyone in my League buys a software tool to manage the auction for them individually. It would be nice to share the data in some automated way.

There's a bunch of sites that will run your draft online.

But has anyone come accross a site that will run an auction? It needs to allow simultaneous access by 12 users with a metric halfton of custom rules.

And if no one has seen a web site/service, has anyone come accross a software suite that will perform that function?

Finally, I'll take any other ideas and suggestions. Thanks.

We use CBS for stats and standings, and I've used them for football drafts - but I didn't know that they had an auction manager... I'll check that.

I've actually written a bunch of SQL queries at a previous assignment. Select/From/Where. But I haven't worked with putting a visualization on the results. Also - with MySQL, wouldn't I need someplace to host the database?

Mockdraftcentral - I see lots of stuff for "draft" - but nothing for "auction." Other than some info on auction values...
