I honestly believe American Pickers is a show about banjo players. Is that true?

No. It's about a couple of losers who drive a van around backwater nowhere places in America and buy junk from rednecks and hillbillies. It is stupid and it sucks.

What else is there to do at night after the kids go to bed? It's not like there's 3 hours of Nats baseball to watch per night...

This,  kids go down,  have a beer,  watch a few hours of tv

Where do you guys find time to watch all these shows? I barely have time to keep up with two or three.
Also keep in mind with a DVR, a 30 minute shows is done in 22 minutes and an hour long shows runs you about 43 minutes...

DVR bro. Wait for a rainy day and catch up.

But Archer is one of the few I make it a point to watch.
I've got one and use it regularly, that's how I'm watching Mad Men.  But still, that's a lot of shows I'd still have to make time for.

Mad Men
Elementary
Parks and Rec
Top Gear
Big Bang Theory

That's about it.  I guess I mostly watch whatever the big game is that day or week that takes up most of my time.  I watch a lot of MLB Network, too.

Yep.
Two episodes down. God Kevin Spacey is so much fun to watch. Somebody commented that it seems at times like Kevin Spacey is acting in a far more interesting show than everyone else is, but gosh, Kevin Spacey.

One of my favorite actors.

Some others: Gary Oldman, Al Pacino, Eastwood, Robert Downey Jr., Johnny Depp. I'm sure I'm forgetting some...

Kevin Spacey on Netflix. As a sly, charming villain. It is truly something to behold.

About twenty or so years ago he was a delusional villain (though somewhat sympathetic) in an alluded to incestuous relationship with his sister on a show called Wiseguy. Its main character was an undercover organized crime detective played by Ken Wahl. The series hinged on him initially infiltrating the mob, but moved on from there. The storyline with Kevin Spacey playiing Mel Prophet was awesome.

Amazon is apparently  getting into original programming too

Amazon Studios is reportedly tapping Goodman to play North Carolina Senator Gil John Biggs in an upcoming comedy, "Alpha House." The new series, written by Doonesbury cartoonist Garry Trudeau, centers around four senators who live together in Washington DC.
