I need to get one of those glasses.

If you're in DC or headed there during the limited hours. Go to Best Equipment in the Florida Market. Tons of bar glasses at commercial quality at wholesale prices.

Best Equipment
413 Morse St NE. 202-544-2525 M-F 8:30-4pm Sat 8:30-3:30
Anything and everything for the commercial kitchen (& at prices you won't believe)

This might be the most complete game we have played all year.  Great pitching and great hitting.

It was bound to happen sooner or later.

Willie has to be part of the future, and should not be on the bench the rest of the year.  When Milledge and Dukes come back, Harris has to start at 2nd.

It's so strange to see the Nationals offense performing competently.

Well, these aren't the Braves of old, but yeah!

His future w/ us SHOULD be coming off the bench, but he's earned a spot in the lineup w/ our C squad. He's a perfect bench player on a good team.

I'm a fan. I suspect if the Grimbergen you had was the Dubbel you would like it. If it was the Grimbergen blonde you might want to go for a Lucifer (not a real Belgian but in the style).

The package she brought me had 4 different types of Grimbergen. Optimo, Triple, Dubbel and Blonde, I think Dubbel was the one I cared the least for.   Triple was my favorite.

This contact hitting lineup has done well the last couple of games.

Nice job, Lo Duca!

Casto's at third. Can't play two positions.

Sounds like Abbott & Costello!

Walnuts with a hit, but it is a routine out if the infield isn't in.  But, we'll take it.

Might be getting a little irrational exuberance there. As Wikipedia notes:

Quote
His most productive season came in 2004, when he posted career-numbers in average (.262), RBI (27), runs (68), hits (107), doubles (15) and at-bats (409). Harris also notched a career high of 19 stolen bases. In 2005, he stole 10 bases in 56 games..

I tell ya, Willie is really making a case for himself!  Looks like he may have a future here, unless Jimbo decides he's worth more in trade value.

We're dogging the Braves. I was about to begin the celebration but I've done that in the past and we lost so I'll hold off for another 30 minutes.

Yeah the fact that we have been so bad this season has people's judgment off balance. Harris may have earned some playing time this season because we suck and have little to no choice but he is not part of the future, unless you are speaking about a bench utility player.
