Wow the Chief actually pitched through that inning...I'm amazed.

It's so nice it was the bottom of that order, though. :D

He would've gotten lit up had he faced those other guys.

Bob gets excited a little prematurely about some of those long fly balls.

He's not as bad as Charlie Slowes...Charlie irks the hell out of me when he does those long fly outs.

Yeah, he gets one right about every 1,985,765 times he tries to call it.

Boone strikes out and Estrada is still running out his groundout.

GAME OVER.
WE LOSE 11th out of 12 games.

87% of Major League Baseball teams have scored more runs than the Nationals.
No improvement from 2007; the same problems.

But if you want to see a game at the new stadium ball park, you can pay $40 a block away or $25 or $15 for 8 blocks away, to see these minor league players, (until the squirrels come in.)

anyone starting to think "The Plan" is kinda like Spring Break in Cancun - full of empty promises?

The ground crew is putting on the infield tarp and Estrada is still running out his groundout.

You're wrong. The Nats would have to improve just to reach suck level.

BTW, Jesus Flores homered, doubled and knocked in three runs for Columbus on Wednesday.

I don't blame "The Plan" at all. The offense has just sucked worse than ever. You can't blame "The Plan" for most of these guys not living up to realistic expectations.

Manny needs to go nuts. The offense has lost us so many more games than the pitching has. It was supposed to be the opposite. Our offense was supposed to make up for bad pitching on some nights, and when the pitching was good, we should have been getting easier wins than ever. It's just not working out. I blame the offense SO MUCH more than the pitching.
