Tweets are saying it was going to be Furbush, Pryor, Nick Franklin and one of Hultzen, Walker or Paxton.  I think expectations for Morse can be set with Capps and Luetge.  If there is any way the Nats can somehow also nab Brandon Maurer, then Rizzo is again stealing from Jack Z.
