I figured you'd make a trek to Bojangles for take out, and use the bag on a "date" with Debbi Taylor.

That would be the primary choice but I have no idea where a Bojangles is.

And.....................do we have a 9 man team tonight on the field -as in line-up; or a picture of the stadium we are playing in; or maybe photos of the pitchers; or just some type of hint...........or are we doing braille tonight - touch the screen, touch the screen ?  :panic:

You're being insulting to the woman that I lust for. Show some respect.

What purpose does Taveras serve on the roster? He is one of the reasons why I can't fully get behind Rizzo. He does nothing that Harris or Bernadina can't do. Free Mike Morse. This is just embarrassing.

I voted for 8:47 pm. I think phone lines are still open if you have a preference.

Agreed, Taveras doesn't deserve to be on the roster. GMUNat don't forget to modify/edit the gameday thread you started to at least include the lineups. If you don't and we lose, it's your fault :whip:

Riggleman makes the lineup card, and Morse is rehabbing.  No one is being held prisoner.  I will agree that Taveras being in the starting lineup is embarrassing though.

I can understand Guzman. Riggleman just misuses him. Put him in a position to succeed and he will. Taveras will never succeed. If I was the manager, this is my lineup:

Guzman RF
Desmond SS
Zim 3B
Dunn 1B
Hammer LF
Pudge C
Gonzalez 2B
Morgan CF
Olsen P

He would never do it because he is in love with stroking everyone's ego.

Why would you want Guzzy over Morgan at the top and Gonzalez over Kennedy?

If you look at his OBP the last 3 years vs. LHP: .380, .323, .410 he is fine in that spot. I would pinch hit him the first time a RHP comes up. But, Riggleman would never do that.

Gonzalez vs. LHP is infinitely better than Kennedy

Morgan is a disaster vs. LHP

Few things:

1) Bernadina continues to fail so they have to try someone else out there.  I don't have a lot of faith in Taveras either, but I don't question the switch.  Maybe this is his last chance?

2) GMU - Kennedy is better than Guzman.

3) We win tonight 4-2.
