That's 13 straight innings without a run. Not counting the last few innings on Friday.

The Fish have only scored in 2 out of last 26.

Is there any predicting Stammen? Except that he can hit, I mean. Maybe (hoping as always) he needs time to settle into a reliable ML starter?

He has the second best 'stuff' on the rotation behind Strasburg... you just never know when he's going to have it.

Isn't there a rule against throwing two sliders to the opposing pitcher? And then a curve?

The best part of the game so far (aside from Stammen's pitching) are two good plays at third by Zimmerman.

That's a play that Dunn has trouble with.

Great fielder on balls to him, but range plays can be trouble.

I guess I shouldn't have mentioned Stammen's pitching.

Nice play by Guzman to save the run.

If they don't score this inning I ban myself for a week from the site entirely. 3-4-5, no excuse.

Got out of that mess.  Now can we possibly score some runs?

Stammen: one run in five innings. The kid deserves some runs behind him.

Zimmerman gets a bloop hit.  How 'bout a home run, Dunn?

Dunn got under that one and it still went like 400 feet, just isn't enough in that BS stadium.

One guy running around chasing a foul ball in an empty section - why weren't the Marlins moved to DC? Unbelievable.

After we strike out, do you like to watch the pitch sequence?  I sure don't!

We'd still be stuck with a cheap owner.  :bang:
