Cleto Brazoban

Whatever happened to Cleto Brazoban, Cleto Cabral, whatever his name actually is. He was suppose to be one our big dominican signings a year plus ago. He didn't participate in the DSL or Gulf though. Anyone know whats up with him?

Thats my point. He was suppose to be the other big name, along with Jean Carlos Valdez, when he signed. Yet, he's nowhere to be found.

For the people that have no idea what Im talking about, here is a link from Brians page with him supposedly on the DSL roster, but he never showed up.
