Dan Leatherman sounds like somebody to keep an eye on. As recently as late July, his ERA was below 1.50 coming out of the Hagerstown bullpen.
He made it into the Minnesota Twins minor league system after an open tryout with hundreds of other players. The Twins decided to let him go and he signed with us this season as a minor league free agent. He is 23 years old.
