Wow, Dunn with a defensive swing.  Don't see that much.

He's never been out of it. Every game you can see him in the dugout.

Dunn's swing, on that hit, was less than Berkman's on that "no-swing".   :|

Ugh, Dreckman. This umpiring crew should only be allowed to do Orioles games.

It just started, Bob.  There's plenty of time for controversy.

Bob Carpenter is way to much of a candy-ass for me.

I don't think I'd ever throw strikes to Desmond, I think he'd still swing at it.

One more thing, before I let this die, that highlight didn't make ESPN this morning.  That wasn't sports-newsworthy?

Howdy, all.  Finally capable of thinking about baseball after the ball-crushing ending to last night's game (HANG BILL HOHN, THEN SHOOT HIM, THEN AFTER A DECENT INTERVAL: CRUCIFIXION).  Seems like Nyjer is thriving in the second spot, eh?

Why in the world would you walk Jeff Keppinger?

Lannan is lousy so far.

Can we get out of the first inning without being behind?  Am I going to be forced to call "Game." in the first tonight?

I guess they Nyjer Morgan in the two spot experiment is already over?

I thought I heard our announcer say that whether Morgan or Guzman bats leadoff will depend on whether the opposing pitcher throws left or right.  Somebody can verify.

Nats Extra showed that neither manager would submit the lineup card to these umpires.  The Nationals actually had to recruit someone to do it.  I think that was a message.

1st   A Dunn doubled to left, N Morgan scored.   1   0

Nationals     1
Astronauts  0

Against Houston in this series, Morgan is batting 6/10 for .600, with 7 runs scored, 1 RBI and 3 SB's.
