Allright F.P. so if Werth ends up with a .250 ave, 20 Hrs and 70 RBI's for the season we should be happy?  :bang: :spaz:

I'd be happy. Unfortunately, that would probably be second best on this team. (Also means he hits much better for the rest of the season...which is good.)

If Werth ended up .250, 25 HR, 75 RBI and I'd be fine.

If Werth hits for .275 with 25 Hr, and 100 RBI's to finish the season...do we make the playoffs?

Yeah, I'm sure that'd be better than Espinosa and Morse!

I don't understand the insistence that we pay respect to the Expos.

Makes much more sense than the tired and old "paying respect" to the Senators that goes on here.

If everybody else plays as well as they have, they will have a good chance. Of course, they have a SS who has learned to field but is hitting about .210, Akiel needs to hit better, and Nix and Morfse have to continue to hit...

It's like a Clemens casserole with mucho steroids throwing a bat fragment at Mike Piazza because he just couldn't control himself. Temporary insanity?

Our pitchers are much better hitters than Werth at this point. LOL
