Spinach and turkey sausage quiche 
experimenting a bit with my recipe, and if it's good I can write it down so my roommates and anyone I know can make it (I've had a couple of requests).

My wife loves turkey sausage. Hell, she'd probably eat quiche. I think that's the Japanese part of her.
