Sigh, this team continues to playbeat down the competition
My son and I went to see "Spamalot" at the National Theater. That's all the Python I've seen in my life.
I think it's tasteless to try to get a player to say/imply bad things about their old losing team when they go to a winning team but media always does it. His old team and where they are in the standings is irrelevant.
The National Det looks like he's settled down nicely.
WHY NO WERTH DAVEY
Thread seems pretty dead tonight. Everyone must be gassed from last night's epic late night.
Sorry the five minutes are up
We really should have more than one hit through four innings against this bum.
If you swing at strike three and it hits your arms, is that a foul ball, are you called out where you stand, or can you run to first base?
A STRIKE is a legal pitch when so called by the umpire, which—(a) Is struck at by the batter and is missed;(b) Is not struck at, if any part of the ball passes through any part of the strikezone;(c) Is fouled by the batter when he has less than two strikes;(d) Is bunted foul;(e) Touches the batter as he strikes at it;(f) Touches the batter in flight in the strike zone; or(g) Becomes a foul tip.
Hey Bob, would it be any less true if you said Ross Detwiler has retired xxx batters in a row AFTER the inning has ended?
