Lombo because of how close he is to the Majors

Tyler Moore.  Once a beast, always a beast.

I'll probably be voting Milone until he manages to break through because I'm a sucker for a 10.85 k/bb ratio and a functional left arm but Ray, Skole and Lombo are probably my next three.  I'd ask that Steven Souza be added because I like walks and he has an anti-fan forum that I find funny.

Gotta be Ray. Many feel Lombo is a utility guy, and we're gonna rank him ahead of a potential left handed #2, that has had a phenomenal first season? Im actually a big Lombo fan, but he shouldn't rank higher than an extremely talented lefty that has had a great deal of success so far in the minors.

Also, it's pretty impressive to note that a second baseman with the year Lombo has had may not crack our top 10 prospects. How far we've come.

Edit: I went with Ray. His year in Hagerstown has been fantastic and  his potential is higher than Lombo. I'd put Lombo at #11.

QFT. A MLB ready second baseman who has hit and fielded well at every level is on the borderline of cracking our Top 10. That's very impressive.

Wow this one is close. 10-10 Lombo and Ray tied up

I went with Lombo, since he's major league ready.  Tied it up again at 13-13.

Now that it's so close, I feel like a total dweebus for picking Solis over Ray - especially since Ray has a statistical edge at almost the same level. I temporarily bought into the early-pick hype. Hope Ray wins this spot.

If it makes you feel better, my continuing vote for Skole (mostly to keep him on the pick list because he legitimately should be around number 15 or so) would have gone to Lombo thus canceling out your Ray/Solis

I changed the poll to allow voters to change their votes.  Let's give everyone a chance for their arguments to be persuasive.

Yup, Solis has been decent though. 35 Ks to 10 BBs in 40.1 IP in A+ ball. Too hittable thus far but he has still done well. The big thing for Solis is just staying healthy. I look for Solis to start next year in AA and I still think he could be a decent #4.

It's scary to think that nice LH arms like Solis and Ray are in the 10-15 in our Top prospects.

If there's a tie. Lets just rank them 11A(Ray) and 11B(Lombardozzi).
