The 3rd and 4th inning were torture to watch.

It's hard to believe Traber is 2-0 with a below 2 ERA.
Very deceiving.  I hate it whenever people say that Speigner was good in the pen because he had an ERA under 4.  He was awful at letting inherited runners score and walking batters.  Wow, More Inconsistency from Zimmerman.  He had a good series in Toronto and now he is 0 for 7 so for in this series..

I judge relievers by what they do with inherited runners and their WHIP number more so than on their ERA and record.

Plus, their walk to strikeout ration.,

We really need someone else batting 5th.. Young doubles on a nightly basis and more often than not Kearns does nothing in the following at-bat.

I wonder how many of our people are at the slaughter tonight.

Probably a few.  I am going on Saturday and I'm afraid that could be a blow out as well with Carmona (all star) VS Chico (rookie coming off an awful start).  A win tomorrow would be a miracle as well with Bacsik (career minor leaguer) VS Bonderman (stud).

I know. I'm going tomorrow with a group of people and we're going to tailgate so I'm going to get nice before going in just in case.

I heard it.

MASN can expect to be hearing from the FCC!

lol.. 3 Ks in a row.  The Nats aren't alone in getting blown out at home tonight.  Toronto is losing 10-1 at home to LA, NY Mets are down 9-0 at home to the Twins and Atlanta is down 4-0 at home to Boston.

MASN is cable and the FCC does not have jurisdiction there.

If tonight's game is any indication, I'd  :glug: a lot before first pitch!

It might actually be watchable then.

Tigers now only 2 runs away from 15 as King gives up his required quota of at least 1 run per outing..  :)

Yeah that's pretty much the plan. We're starting at 4 so we'll have plenty of time to get nice.

Just goes to show that Detroit is a good team, folks.  That's why I'm not too surprised.
