The only way they don't bring up Elijah Dukes is that they would want to limit his service time accumulated so that he would be under team control for another year, right?

I'm not really sure. That's why I ended it with a question mark. I can't tell how much time he has accumulated. At the start of the season he had 1.083 of MLB service. I don't how much he added to that earlier in the season.
