A win shall knock New York out of the NL East chase and turn it into a three horse race.

Great leftovers. Delicious cold. Also didn't want to save half of a box of frozen spinach. I also cook for my 3 roomies so they will share with me.

Also :( that was not a way I wanted the inning to end.

Spinach and turkey sausage quiche :) experimenting a bit with my recipe, and if it's good I can write it down so my roommates and anyone I know can make it (I've had a couple of requests).

Nice DP!

My wife loves turkey sausage.    Hell, she'd probably eat quiche.    I think that's the Japanese part of her.

More power to ya.  I don't think quiche is how I'd use my eggs, but that's me.
