They aren't unlucky, they just aren't that good.  They spent a ton of money on free agents and a coach and yet they still won't make the playoffs.

And if the Cubs "aren't that good" with all the talent on their roster, then the Nats are a AA team.

Seriously, where did restovich come from?

Twins-Pirates-Rockies-Cubs.  He's had some MLB experience since 2002 and hasn't been too bad in the minors.  I thought he had a chance of making Opening Day on the bench.
