[INFO]A couple of small board changes

The curly W in the banner at the top of the page now links to the board index.  The DC logo on the right-hand side of the banner now links to "show unread posts since last visit".

Yeah, working fine for me too, and the icon file is in place.  Try clearing your browser cache.
