I was initially upset that he got pulled after 5 2/3, as it's another sign of babying pitchers, but when I thought more about the bomb Gonzalez hit off him, I think it made sense that Johnson didn't let Lannan face him again.
Lannan singlehandedly won the game with his pitching and hitting. A great night all-around.
