Yes. No beverages except water, and that has to be in (suposedly) sealed containers. "Personal" amounts of food are okay. Read that as any snacks and one meal per person. We usually buy "meal" food there, but bring our own peanuts, etc.
best approach is to just sit in diamond club seats, then you get food/drink with your ticket.
