I got into Syracuse and almost went there, would've been cool to see the Nats' future stars come through.

So the opinion of one GM of one minor league team = the opinion of the whole city?

If what I said implied that, it was unintentional. I just found the fact that the head of the team saw the Nats as a fallback was interesting.

Just as I find the fact that the GM of a AAA baseball team would publicly say something as stupid as "nobody wants to get stuck with the Nats."  Doesn't speak highly of his intelligence.

Having a one hour and forty five minute drive to Syracuse I love this move.  And with the Mets in Buffalo the minor league games I go to will increase bigtime.
