Yeah, one more run would be nice.  But I'm not expecting it!

Apparently Schneider left the game because of dizziness (?)  What, was he infected with vertigo by Tony Blanco?

Here's hoping they bring in Majewski for Loaiza instead of Kim.

You got that right! As long as we get the "W" I don't mind at all about the "how."

BTW, I can understand why some Expos fans are bitter about the move, but I am amazed at the number of Montr?al fans who continue to follow and root for the team. One of the avatars I was tempted to get would be an upside down "M" from the old logo. Would you or other Expos fans feel honoured or insulted by such a gesture?

I'm glad that we outted this little punk Chavez.

Byrd of a feather...It's been over a month.  I'd say the trade turned out fairly even, with only a slight edge for us.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I'd think it would look kinda funny (though not necessarily insulting).  If you want an Expos/Nats avatar, I'm sure we could come up with some ideas that could be photoshopped.

Kenz, it happened RIGHT AFTER I wrote that.  Maybe I'm a reliable negative indicator!

The insurance run could be huge.  With both the Braves and the Marlins heading towards defeat, this would be a big 2-game swing if we win.

Fish look beat, but don't ever count out the braves, especially with two more home innings and a measley 3-run deficit.

Yet another nice play by Byrd.  I know he's been slumping at the bat lately, but I still say he has a lot more potential than Chavez.

With the Fish getting blown out of the water by the Cubs this weekend, look for the trade wind to intensify over Miami the next few days.

Phew!  I thought the Brewers were about to give it up for sure with bases loaded, 2 out, and Kelly Johnson at the plate.  Fortunately he went down swinging.  C'mon Brews, just one more inning :D

He was taken out complaining of "dizziness" I heard.  Which is why I quipped he must've caught it from Tony "vertigo" Blanco.

This is more like the Baerga I've come to expect.  Although, he's had a hellauva weekend.   Pretty much guaranteed himself a job for the rest of this season.

Last year in the Expos forum and when the Washington board started up, we were talking about possible logos for the team. One of the suggestions was the upside down expos logo. Personally, I wouldn't think it insulting. If anyone was to use it, it wouldn't bother me...

Yeah, why would anyone find it insulting?  I mean, it's not as if we're talking about turning the cross upside down or something like that.  Actually, it strikes me as amusing and endearing. I say go for it.

Armas and Byrd should be ashamed to see a reliever bunt better they can.

All due respect to Montreal and the fans Ken...but I personally think the Expos logo sucked.  Looks like a someone spelling out the world "ELB" in a 70s hippie font or something.

Me, it'd bother me like hell.Just kiddin' same here, anybody could use it......

It's 4-2...not 3-2...so...we've a chance to win..this extra run helped us alot.
