Sosa was most deserving but he is a Colome clone. sucks. he's played for everyone. 32 year old retread.

We're not exactly flush with relievers in the high minors.

Also, when you sign these free agent depth guys, one of the incentives of getting them to come is the possibility of being called up.  A promise, really, that if they perform well and the opportunity presents, they'll get the shot.

we do have some relievers in the high minors but a couple of them were just promoted to Syracuse not that long ago.

Wilkie (GWU alum) is in Cuse. Zinicola too. And also LHP Yunior Novoa.

I guess they wanted to go the veteran route although I think we will see those young guys in September.
