Chacin's minor league BB/9 is closer to what we are seeing this season. It got worse when he faced reasonably good hitters at AA and above, but it's tolerable. Guess he's a good pitcher.

I really only follow Nationals prospects, and not too closely. That was an intentional understatement. I didn't have time to check his pitches at Fangraphs, but I'm guessing they are good. Feel like he was just nervous during his callup last year.

Okay, on the first game of a series, I have usually projected the number of wins the Nats will have for the series. So far, my projections have been correct on the past three series, but we will see if my winning streak ends on this series. I think the Nats will have some problems with the Colorado Rockies; so with a 4 game series, I will say the Nats will win 2 of the 4 games. At the end, the series will be tied, with each team winning 2 games. That's how I see it........these games should be exciting......

We haven't had many UN - exciting games!

i'm talking about tags like the ones that help categorize threads.  so for a gameday thread, at the bottom of the page, there is a gameday thread tag that you can click (and it'll link you to other gameday threads that have been tagged).

or like someone starts a "in this thread we praise mike rizzo" and you can come up with a clever tag "RIZZO MAFIA" or "Rizzo > Bowden", etc.
