Man, there's no breeze up here.

What did TV say about Maya?

Yeah...I was thinking more or less the same: he can't pitch.

What did TV say about Maya?

The Nats should petition Cuba to grant him asylum

Why would they start Detwiler over Peacock?

So, we're depending on a pitcher coming off TJ surgery to prevent us from losing a 3-game series and season series against a 100-loss team?

I was convinced they brought the medical team out to stall for someone to get ready come in for Old Man Maya.  The Nads need to just cut Maya loose with whatever we owe him and stop the bleeding.  Won't happen, I know, but that's the only fair thing to do for the fans and team.

What did TV say about Maya?

Fidel and Raul deny that May is Cuban. Rough translation: "We produce pitchers like Camilo Pascual and Luis Tiant. Does Maya pitch like one of ours?"

How about Davey actually using the callups unlike Quittleman? Marrero has had 45 AB's.

I like Marrero. Maybe they should play him in left? Can't be any worse than Morse ....
