How about this? You have like a 6 beer cooler or so. Did they ever check them? Pour two to four beers in the cooler, clean off a couple of cans that are pretty well chilled (almost frozen) and plop them in the beer. They would be like ice cubes and preserve some carbonation when you got towards the end. Just crack them open and pour them in
