His character issues were wildly overstated. The difference between this year and previous years is that it's much easier to trade down because of the rookie scale - the Rams wouldn't have gotten that haul two years ago for the #2 pick. So I think that if Cleveland wants Tannehill, they can get him with their second 1st rounder. They don't have no options, as you are implying.
