5-3!

I was so hoping the ball went home so Dunn could blast the catcher into next week.

I just read the Dunn story on Nationals Journal. I really am not taking this seriously because this team is extremely tight lipped.
It could actually be some posturing from the Dunn camp to get the Lerners to up their offer.

BTW: Nice eye candy behind home plate tonight.

I mean don't get me wrong I was watching the game and I kept saying outloud, that sucks about six times b/c pujols is a good dude and one of the best players (if not the best) ... but Carpy was in tears.

Great inning after that freaking horsecrap call by West. I'm pumped that Olsen was up there. He's got some balls. I feel like he'd be the only player to hit an opposing player after one of ours got hit.

he's probably tapping jacks outside in the pen/VIP section right now haha.  In all seriousness, I like Olsen and the fire he brings.  Other than two outings this year, he has been a serviceable #4 starter, imo.

Last two games Kennedy has lead off. 16 runs.

Just saying.

Balester...but he'd hit 6 or 7.

6-3 if Desmond was on base.

West wasn't the one that made the call.

 At least he can aim for the head. Hit em where it hurts!

For reals though, he's got some heat. (Bally) Looking forward to him being back up here.

Yeah, but I hate the fact that West is over there when Riggleman was asking for an explination.

Balester has been one of the best pitchers in the entire system in the month of August.

You can't assume the same pitches would have been thrown or that the fielders would have been in the same spot. It's really impossible to determine what would have happened.

Because he's the crew chief.

Is this related to something or just a comment?
