WHETHER OR NOT YOUR EMAIL OR MAIL REACHES HIS DESK DEPENDS ON WHAT CRITERIA KASTEN HAS SET FOR THE PERSON SCREENING ALL INCOMING MAILS. I am flabbergasted that they would not even would reply a thanks but no thanks. Media people in sports also think that their sheis do not stink by not replying to a simple email. among those are Reid and Hebert of wusa 9, most of the Post staff except for Solomon and Sheinin. Sheinin is the best of all of the people I communicate with. And I think he is a helluva writer.
