Opposing hitters are batting around .400 against Fick.

How does he pitch in the majors?

He doesn't.  He pitches for the 2012 Houston Astros

What makes him an awful human being... other than slightly stressing out your evening?

The fact that he has so much ego that he feels the need to make baseball games more about him than the people actually playing the game doesn't necessarily make him an awful human being but the characteristics would certainly indicate that he could be.

Let's play a game.

This game is called "If you were MDS and you met Angel Hernandez, what would you say?"

I'll start.

Angel Hernandez, go choke on Joe West's junk and lay yourself to rest under a railroad bridge.

So you don't know if he is.... you're just slandering him.

Guess the Nats weren't going contact play.  Makes sense with no outs and Morse on deck I suppose but we really need to get this run in.

Yeah, it says a lot about him as a person if he constantly feels the need to do things like this.

He's a horrible umpire, but perhaps he's a decent human being off the field.

I don't know what kind of human being the homeplate ump is but I know the name "Angel" doesn't suit him well.
