The thing is that I was so angry that I may have done so. I actually had to apologize to the DIRECTV lady for blowing up about not getting MASN2. She said she understood my anger because her grandparents used to be avid baseball fans.

Spidernat!  That is so funny!  I will die laughing if you really did use your forum nickname!  Yeah,  I've blown up at the DTV people recently too for screwing up our billing.  I was nice tonight.  The poor girl didn't have a clue.

There are LOTS of DC restaurants that air games listed in the Sticky in General Discussion.  I don't have DirecTv but if MASN doesn't have an explanation for why it's not being aired, you might just run through the channels to see if it got stuck where you didn't expect it.  Montgomery County MD is using 004, which normally airs C-SPAN-2.
