In reference to who's available to pinch hit for the Nationals.

"That's a pretty good team, ON THE BENCH."

- Rob Dibble

Someone is pissed at Riggs.

By the way, Dibble also said Bernadina should be playing every day.

I think he's (like most of us) just sick of seeing Riggleman play underperforming veterans instead of younger guys, just so that he won't step on anyone's toes.

he's right.  we aren't playing for anything right now other than to see if we've got some guys (Morse, Roger, Maxwell) who can take over CF or RF.

I know Riggleman thinks that playing young guys instead of veterans means you are quitting and that veterans lead to more wins, but has he sat down to think that not only do young guys win more for this team but if the team lost with the young guys, he can have an excuse with Rizzo/Lerners to keep his job? I'm worried that Rizzo isn't demanding that Morse and Bernadina play everyday most likely because he still thinks that Morgan was a wonderful move by him.

If that happens and Morse doesn't hit, Dibble will lose it.

Man, why is that when we get 1+ men on base with 0 outs I feel that we won't seize the opportunity but when the other team has 1+ man on base with 0 outs I know they'll get atleast 1 run in.

Switch the batting order. Pudge down to 8.

Willingham at 6. Bernadina at 5.

Morgan
Guzman
Zimmreman
Dunn
Bernadina
Willingham
Desmond
Pudge

why on earth would you swing on a 2-0 count with a guy who can't get the ball over the plate?
