O'Connor pitched 6 innings tonight for Columbus and walked zero batters (did give up 3 ERs). Where the hell was that command up here?

O'Connor has found his niche, although some people already knew that.

We'll score again this game but can we keep them from scoring for the balance?

I'm not nearly that confident that we'll score again.

wtf are you swinging at Guz?  I've never seen a team collectively take as many bad ABs as we do.

Me neither. We've only scored 1 single run since the first inning against their garbage pitching.

We lack killer instinct. We get a few hits and become complacent.

Chico has looked good out of the pen.  Should cut Colome now.

Colome is from the Dominican Republic.  We'll lose 162 games in a season and he'll still be here...

RYAN ZIMMERMAN grounds out.

See, I don't get that.  He shouldn't be such a colossal failure when he goes from AAA to the majors.  A little difference yes but not the suckitude that we always get when he pitches for the Nationals.

A Nationals-esque play by the O's.  we won't make 'em pay though.

I really wish Bob Carpenter would stop BEGGING FOR HOME RUNS.

WTF!  Seriously, we have a bad habit of not showing patience with our players as far as rehab assignments go. We rush them back too quickly. All our guys should be forced to have a certain amount of at bats in rehab before being reinstated.

It's not that unusual for a guy to dominate in AAA and crap his pants in MLB.

Terrible AB. If that was us that made the error the other team would have hit a 2-run HR to tie it.

We NEVER capitalize off the other teams' few mistakes they make against us.

What's the prevailing opinion on Carpenter?

That's pretty much game.  No way we are getting anything off of Sherrill.

Yep, it's burnt us big time thus far. Pena and Dukes were called up way too early and it's showing. Young looks like crap so far but it's only been 1 game.

Pena and Dukes are the only Nationals batters without a hit tonight, and Dukes has an RBI.  We can still win this game.  Angelos is damned...

WMP's K was what killed any chance of having a good inning back in the 4th.

Pena should be outright released.  He won't get anything in a trade, and he is just terrible.

10 hits and 1 walk through 7 innings and we only have 3 measly runs.
