The only way you send the runner there is if the pitcher is coming to bat!  We coming to the top of the order, for goodness sake!  >:(

Even then at this stage of the game you can always pinch hit for your pitcher. Still, I'm not too upset with the decision. I'm only upset at the outcome.

you are freaking insane. it was the right call. it took a perfect play to get him out. Morgan wasn't going to get a hit.

Pudge also wasn't going to beat out the throw.

At least KFC has a sandwich with a bun made of chicken strips

The Double Down was handcrafted from God and delivered express mail. Only thing KFC has going for them. I always feel like crap whenever I eat anything else from there.

KFC doesn't even belong in this discussion.

yea this is the general consensus i've found. KFC has gone so downhill in quality IMO. their new crap almost all sucks. popeyes is just so good, always solid. though a little overpriced

HE WAS THROWN OUT BY A MILE YOU STUPID DONK :whip:

Pudge is REALLY slow, and why wouldn't you try to knock Maine out of the game an inning sooner?  Christ you are retarded.

Let's make it interesting, what happens if Morgan leads off with a hit?

Popeye's peripherals are better, but you can't touch Bojangles for the main event, IMO.  Both blow KFC out of the water.

Right move, but keep a short leash.  As soon as I guy gets on second (barring a steal), he has to get hooked.

Okay, like now.  Pull him.

Popeye's is expensive, but they hook you up with extra chicken, so it's worth it.  Plus you get great deals on buckets.

Come on, Slaten!!

But it was the catcher running!
Still, it got into the outfield...this was not an infield dribbler. It took a perfect throw to get him out. With 2 outs you can't assume your leadoff will drive in that run. You have a better chance at scoring a run on that play than getting a hit from the next batter.

horrible bend over pitches to Bay and Wright. Rig should have pinch hit for him. That was the dagger. oh well this one looks dim

I don't get why everyone starts to call games in the sixth inning.  Hasn't this team proved that they fight until the end this year?
