I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that Gio made the pitch, and Bob and FP had nothing to do with it whatsoever.  Just a hunch.

No Tom, they jinxed him. :run:

He does have a certain scouser look
Any Liverpool FC fans in here? any of you think Moore looks like Jordan henderson?

we need some sabermetric analysis of the level of excitement in Bob's voice and the probability of a ball getting out of the park.  I swear it's an inverse relationship

I'd like to see Moore in LF and Lombo at 3B for a couple of games. Give Zimm a much needed break and give Moore much deserved time.

only 3 measly hits from the Nats' offense tonight. Not getting it done.

It seems like we hardly ever hit home runs at home any more.

FP clearly doesn't realize that the higher the humidity, the further the flight of the ball.

i'd prefer to see Moore playing CM for LFc than i would Henderson, he's rubbish.

great hitting Flores, unlucky not to disappear

Close the book on Gio. Another quality start for Nats pitching.
6 IP, 7 H, 2 BB, 2 ER, 4 K. ERA at 2.55

If Espi walks and Harper hits a grand slam, I'm gonna cue up Emma Stone pictures and do something non-baseball-related for 15 minutes.

Unless there's an incoming breeze, the only possible theory is that the balls are not being struck as hard.

Hotter air is less dense than cooler air.

Humid air is less dense than less humid air.

What else ya got?
