Lets make sure( I am not saying that anyone is yet) we dont lose our perspective on what our expectations were coming into this season. I think we can and will rebound and maybe get a clutch hit here and there but we are way ahead of where we thought we would be.  And we should all remember that we got hot after a terrible road trip. Things change both ways. Stick with our boys.

You are 100% correct.  Thanks for the slap in the face - I needed it!!  It's tough though.

I do recall, old amigo, that in March the concensus on the Hill was that anything approaching .500 would be an unqualified success. The team is all of that and more. It's been a great year.

Onward, Nats!

The only Vidro thread I'm aware of, is the one that's in the "Trades & Transactions" section... Is that the thread you mean? There was also talk about Vidro inside the "The numbers game (stranded baserunners)" thread, his name also came up in yesterday's Gameday Thread.

No this was a thread named "Vidro" that had eighteen posts and was there last night but this morning it had disappeared.  Most of the posts were slightly negative and the last thing I posted was that you can trace the free fall of this team to the very day that he came back to the team after his rehab.

You've got me stumped, unless the thread was renamed I have no idea where it is.

Montco I know the thread you speak of, but I'm not sure I know where it is.  I usually just hit "view new posts" when I hit the board.

Give me a minute and I'll look for it.

Are you talking about this thread:

http://www.nationalsforum.net/viewtopic.php?t=210

or this one?

http://www.nationalsforum.net/viewtopic.php?t=250

You can click on the "profile" button under each of your posts and click the "find all posts by this member" link.  If you can't find the thread you're referring to that way, I don't know where it is :?

The second link you post was a thread started by Montcobaseball after he wasn't able to find the original one named "Vidro"

Looks like the original Vidro thread is lost in (cyber) space somewhere...
