Strasburg & Gio in a double header would be cool

If tomorrow is a total washout, I wonder if they would have a doubleheader this weekend or punt it to later in the season?

I wonder if they could do that with a 4:10 start tomorrow.  You know they won't try to reschedule Dierks Beastly.

Not sure if they would do a double header with a division opponent since we play them 15 more times

Postponed.  Talk about reschedule in August.

Stras to pitch tomorrow.  Big and Rich replaces Dirkes Bentley due to serious family illness.

Postponed.  Talk about reschedule in August.

The Braves visit that month is a weekday series (20th/21st/22nd, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday respectively); Thursday 23rd is open for the Nats but not the Braves (starting series at San Francisco that day) so it could be twi-nighter like the re-scheduled Marlins match.

Capital Weather Gang NatCast has this for this afternoon's match: 'Not a bad day at Nats Park, but you may want to duck in for a hot dog or a half-smoke if the possibility of a few light showers becomes a reality.', with temperatures in the 70's throughout and 20-30% chance of rain.

You might want to keep an eye on the weather if you're planning on attending any of the Mets series - CWG are calling for 20-40% chance of rain each of those days (Wednesday the most likely).

Glad I got to swap my Mets tix for Ryan Zimmerman Bobblehead night.

They still have $2 tickets available for tomorrow, I thought that they'd have sold out last week but I just bought a pair.

They also have $1 tickets for kids 12 and under on Thursday --- a 1 PM start on a school day.

I totally forgot that it was a two buck chuck game.  Ah well, who cares, in regular seats.

Capital Weather Gang's NatCast today has 'Light shower possible, but more likely a really nice evening for early summer' with high of 71, low 66, 20% chance of rain; still sticking with 30% chance of rain for the other two Mets fixtures.

Anyone going to the game tomorrow who wants to meet up?  I'm about 50-50 on going since I can't convince any of my buddies to skip out of work.

Capital Weather Gang NatCast has 'If I don't mention the chance of a shower it will rain for sure, so thank me for the great early summer weather. Light breezes and low humidity to quickly dry things off even if rogue raindrops actually materialize.' - 70's at first pitch, low 80's by 9th inning, 20-30% chance of rain.

...and will I be in TBSITH for this weekday afternoon match? Wouldn't miss it for the world!

Good to meet up with you too - downright perfect baseball afternoon if only we'd gotten some runs!
