Hanrahan is a 1-inning pitcher. he throws dominant, ridiculous smoke for 1 inning, and then falls off in the next frame.

Closer in the making,for sure.

he may not be the Nationals closer ever, but he'll be a closer SOMEWHERE at some point in his career.

Poor Air Zimmerman - he's not allowed to worship his heroes outside one thread...

And it's looking like Ryan Zimmerman's confidence at the plate actually was tied to the worship of iluvryanzimmerman, who either gave up on him or discovered horses or something...

Of course he does when nothing's actually on the line.

We're down 2! A lot was still on the line, regardless of whether or not we come back.

Hanley is a god awful SS.  Thank god because I was about to rip into CG for swinging at the second pitch.

Well, you know what I mean.  So much of the pressure is off when the other team has the lead.

Zim swings at a 2-0 pitch.. That's unacceptable. I don't care how hard he hit it.

See, that's being a team player unlike Ryan.  Ryan would have been up 3-0 in the count if he laid off that high pitch.
