finally a split that favors us:

Jason Hammel is 1-2 with a 7.12 ERA (.356 BA Against) at Home and 4-2 with a 1.97 ERA (.227 BA Against) on the Road.

No excuse not to score 5+ off of him.

Hammel doesn't impress me at all.  I remember his days with the Rays and he used to get rocked, trading time btwn the rotation and pen.  I agree SF, we should score at least 4.

MASN said he picked up a two seamer this season and has really changed his game around.

Lets hope we see the former Ray Hammel, and not the improved Rockies Hammel.

Today, after some needling from ESPN 980's Kevin Sheehan, interim GM Mike Rizzo came right out and said it: Dunn will not be traded.

He spelled Zimmermann wrong too.  I fixed it for him.  I don't thing 1N is going to be able to play both positions.

So why is De La Rosa starting for Colorado per the lineup, and Hammel per the starting post?
