we really miss Dukes cannon. runners take so many extra bases on Willingham and Dunn.

Yeah, we're really missing that hot bat of his too.

That's why Bard is in there.

But with the bad groin he probably shouldn't be in there.

Friggin Guzman will always do that. You can't change him..he's been doing that his whole career.

It's not worth it. We can't have a designated fielder/runner for him so it hurts us.

This is baseball. you have to be able to catch, throw, and run.

He hasn't really hurt us defensively. He's the best option we have right now, unfortunately. He has been doing well, though.

Did anyone say that Willingham activated beast mode on that catch? Because he did.

his girly arm cost us a run in the first.

I'd still rather have Nieves in there even though he's not hitting much.

When you get to 3-2 to the #8 hitter, you should be throwing BP fastballs until he gets a hit or an out.  Never let the #8 hitter get a free pass.

not me but I get your point. just 6 months ago everyone was getting on their knees for the holy one.

Him getting canned was a long time coming.

You would laugh how many times I had tried to do it by hitting reply and copying.
It was like watching Royce Clayton trying to bunt.

Bard's hamstring problem cost him a base on that ball off the wall.  He really needs to sit for a few games, unless there's something wrong with Wil.

A 1-2 slider to the pitcher?

I'm confused. He blows two fastballs by him and then speeds up his bat with an off-speed pitch. this team makes no sense.
