why can't he still work on the defense in the Carolina League?

It's just unfair to hold him back any longer.

If they think he has a future as a catcher, it makes sense to keep him where he is to work on it.

I don't know if he will or not. was a 3B-man in high school for his first 3 years before playing catcher during his senior season.

has a great arm. just raw at this point.
